Qualification : Advocate & Solicitor of High Court of Malaya

Date of Admission : 24^th of June, 2000

Working History : Reading in Chamber of Messrs Sabri & Co of Butterworth, Penang.
He had practiced at Messrs Sabri & Co from July 2000 till April 15^th 2001.

                               Later on he joined Messrs V.M. Mohan, Fareed & Co of Prai from
                              April 16^th, 2001 up to September 31^st, 2002. After that opened
                              up his own practice known as Messrs Rizal & Associates of Butterworth,
                              Penang from October 1^st, 2002 till 31^st of June 2004 whereas from
                              July 1^st, 2004 he joined the partnership at Butterworth till December 31^st, 2005.
                              Starting January 1^st, 2006 until June 15^th, 2006 he was practice on his own
                              style under the name of Messrs Rizal & Hafez at Butterworth starting from
                              June 16^th, 2006.

Professional Experience: He has involved in variety of civil and criminal litigation, corporate,
                                     property and conveyancing. He also involved in negotiating,
                                    advising, rendering opinion, drafting and preparing legal
                                    documentation agreements and petition in following areas:-

· 2. General Commercial Litigation;

· 3. Construction Law;

4. Corporate Matters;

· 5. Criminal Law; and

· 6. Conveyancing.
